    Set-up in five steps

      Allow your Circle domains in StreamVault

      Settings → Allowed Domains: add your circle.so subdomain (for example yourcommunity.circle.so) and your custom domain.

      Upload the videos

      Add replays, workshops and lessons to a DRM-enabled project. Long recordings are fine; subtitles are generated automatically.

      Copy the embed code

      Open the video in StreamVault, click Embed, copy the responsive iframe code.

      Embed in a post, space or course lesson

      In the Circle editor, insert an embed (the editor accepts iframe code through its embed option) and paste the code. It renders inline in the post and in Circle's course lessons alike.

      Use the watermark for replays

      Turn on the moving identity watermark for the project: a leaked recording then carries the member's email across the frame, which is usually enough to end leaks in a community.

    Frequently asked questions

    Does DRM work inside an embedded player?

    Yes. The StreamVault embed code is an iframe with allow="encrypted-media", which is what browsers need to negotiate Widevine, PlayReady and FairPlay licences inside a third-party page. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and every iOS browser play protected video inside the lesson without a plugin.

    Does StreamVault replace the platform's checkout or membership?

    No, and it is not meant to. Your platform keeps taking payments and deciding who can open a lesson. StreamVault protects the video once someone is on that page: the domain lock stops the embed working anywhere else, signed URLs expire, and DRM stops downloads and blanks screen recorders. The two layers do different jobs.

    Does it work inside Circle's mobile apps?

    Circle's apps render posts as web content, so the embed plays there as it does in a mobile browser, with FairPlay on iOS and Widevine on Android.

    I already have videos uploaded to the platform. Do I have to re-upload?

    Upload the originals to StreamVault once (or paste Vimeo links and let the importer fetch them), then replace each lesson's video with the embed code. Your existing lesson structure, pricing and students are untouched — only the player inside the lesson changes.
